Cannot Afford the
Advantages of Organic Food?

Some Conventionally Grown Foods
Can Give You the Same Benefits as
the Advantages of Organic Food

Organic food helps to lower your exposure to pesticide and chemical contaminates.

When your goal is better health, more organic fruits and vegetables in your high fiber diet could lead to quicker success.

But buying foods labeled organic is not always an option.

Did you know that not all high fiber foods carry the same pesticide risks? Pests naturally avoid some food producing plants. Other plants have built-in protection against chemical absorption.

Which not-organic foods are safest to buy?

Each year the Environmental Working Group (EWG) reports the foods most commonly exposed to pesticide. These reports help us learn which food to choose from organic growers and which we can safely buy at conventional markets.

This is good information to know because we all need to eat the most healthful fruits and vegetables, even when we cannot find or afford to buy the advantages of organic food.
